John purchased his first property in Arlington in 1992 and then his first investment property in the Lake Como area of Fort Worth in 1996. Since 2014, John has sold and attended closings for over 550 homes and collectively well over 1,000. The youngest of 11 children, raised by his single mom (Sara S. Peña). She taught him how to be loving, kind, and always respectful. High morals and integrity were always in the conversation. Being the youngest had its privileges, she always had time to talk to the baby of the family and John was always ready to listen to her wisdom.
